Real reviews, real yards

Within minutes of submitting an inquiry into their services we received a response. We were booked quickly and it was beyond easy. With three dogs, and our busy work schedules, we simply couldn’t keep up with clean up. It was a tough first visit and they were beyond our expectations. While the first visit was free, we offered to pay double because they did that amazing of a job. We are customers for life now and highly recommend them!!

They are extremely professional, have great communication & always get the job done when they say they will! They have been great to work with, I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking to have this type of service!!

They are consistent and always very communicative and when I rarely have an issue or question they are prompt and accommodating. I have used their services at two homes and would highly recommend their services. Thank you to the team for always taking good care of me and my puppies!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me tell you about the hero nobody talks about… THE POOPINATOR! He shows up EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK and removes the evidence of my dogs’ ongoing campaign to destroy my yard. No more dodging landmines. No more accidentally stepping in something I definitely didn’t want on my shoe. No more pretending I’m “going to get it later.” He handles that shit—literally. He’s reliable, friendly, professional, and does an awesome job. Our yard is cleaner, my shoes are happier, and my marriage may even be stronger because nobody has to argue about whose turn it is to scoop poop. If you have dogs and you’re still out there with a pooper scooper like you’re serving a life sentence… FREE YOURSELF. Hire the Poopinator! Your yard, your shoes, and your sanity will thank you. 🐶💩🙌 10/10. Would absolutely recommend!

They do a great job! Very responsive when communicating and very flexible when we moved houses. They are fantastic!

Great service. Dependable and consistent

It’s so nice! With two boxers, it seems the poop is never ending but we don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Always there on the designated day. Great communication

They’ve done a phenomenal service at picking up the poop. It’s made mowing the yard less of a poop mine field and more of a my shoes don’t stink. Thank you for the affordable service!!

As someone with multiple dogs, keeping up with the yard can get overwhelming fast. This service has been a game changer. They show up on schedule, do a thorough job, and leave everything clean without any hassle. It honestly feels like a small luxury that makes a big difference in my day-to-day life.

Fantastic and reliable service. Our tech is always thorough and reliable, and our dogs love the cleaner yard… as do we! Thank you!

I have been thrilled with The Poopinator's services! They are very reasonably priced and both staff have been friendly and thorough. My dog loves them and barks to go out the minute they hit the yard. ( Staff can also just come and go without contact too if you prefer) My dog just has to get his pets in while they are the staff is here.

Great communicators and they do a good job. Always let me know when they are on their way.

Great service, great price, cannot beat.

Great customer service, very detailed and dependable. Thank you

Preston was great! He did a thorough job and was super friendly and professional! The Poopinator did such a fantastic job cleaning up our yard! It is so worth it to know that we can walk around our yard and not have to worry about stepping in dog poop! We have two large Golden Retreivers so this service is such a help for us!

These guys are great they come every other Friday so I don’t need to worry and it’s a very good price

They did an amazing job on my yard ready for the next service!! Communication is great and there consistency is even better! Would highly recommend them for everyone! Pricing is great as well.

Wonderful service and good communication.

Easy to contact, got the quote right away and we picked a plan that worked for us, very reasonable and they were out the next day! Yard is CLEAN!!

The first Scooper didn’t do a great job, but I messaged the manager I assume and they immediately sent them back out and the job was perfect after so I will continue to use them forever. Not only because the second time he came out within 10 minutes of me telling the manager the problem, but because the customer service is so fire

Couldn’t be happier! Sign up was easy. Service and communication were great. 10/10. Definitely recommend!

Great owner!

The guys did a great job and the yard looks great!

I didn’t get a chance to look after they came but the gentleman was very nice over the phone

Fantastic service and went over and above what I expected. Super affordable and great pricing.

I can now call my yard a yard again, not a landmine! One less thing to do, totally worth it!

Communication was great and scheduling was Super easy! My yard was extremely challenging considering we have four dogs and the snow definitely made it hard to clean up any messes until it Melted. They definitely had their work cut out for them!! They managed to make my backyard was spotless. I would highly recommend 😊

Great communication and my yard looks wonderful!

Great job! Appreciate this service!!!!

Professional and easy communication. It's our first time and we're having the bi-weekly pick up, so far its great!

They left my yard in great shape! Would totally recommend.

Have been very pleased with their service in cleaning the common areas for guests with dogs at our facility. Kind, friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend them.

Exceeded my expectations and can't wait to continue this service!!

I really appreciate these guys coming. They always make sure my dog doesn't get out and even did my porch when the snow was to high for my dog.

Professional! Fast! Friendly! I am so glad I found this company on Google. They have definitely removed the stress of me having to worry about picking up poop from my backyard and stepping in poop in my backyard. You guys Rock 🤘

Yard looks amazing!

Great service! The Poopinator is very responsive, affordable, and incredibly reliable. The communication is stellar — they’re always quick to respond and easy to work with. I’ve been using their service for about a year now and have been consistently happy. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have 2 dogs of our own and often have guest dogs so keeping up with scooping of waste in the backyard is a real task. We switched from another provider to The Poopinator last year and have been very happy with that service we receive! They are always here when they say they will be, send a text in advance so we can gather the pups inside, and are a HUGE help at keeping our backyard clean! We highly recommend the Poopinator’s services!

Consistently good, kind and caring.

Definitely a poopinator

Great communication, very convenient, appreciate the waste was taken away for disposal and would recommend the service. Thanks!

On week three and so far this has been a very good experience. They communicate very well when they will arrive and they have done a very thorough job. It's nice to have the help! Definitely recommend.

So far they have been scooping for a little over a month. Service has been great! Good communication, reliable, efficient and a huge help by taking something off my to do list. My son is also happy to be able to use the yard without me shouting at him to watch where he steps! Highly recommend this service!!

They did a wonderful job even with three dogs and not being able to get my yard cleaned up due to being sick they got pretty much everything. They called me while finishing up letting me know what they did and they would be back in two weeks

They were able to get me scheduled quickly, were prompt with their time, communicated well and did a great job cleaning up my relatively large backyard!

We’ve used this service for nearly 10 years, and it has been consistently excellent. They come twice a week and always do a thorough job. In the summer, it saves a lot of time when mowing and keeps the yard looking great. In the winter, they’re just as reliable, showing up even when it’s wet, cold, or snowing. The company name has changed over the years, but the quality of service never has. Highly recommend.

We recommend poopinator to anyone who wants to save the hassle of picking up after their dogs. I have used their service for several months now and I don’t have any complaints.

Very friendly and professional! Great experience. I definitely recommend using this service!

I am moving and I WISH they covered where I'm moving! They are always on time and made sure everything is cleaned up and the price is unbelievable. I can't give enough stars!!! Thank you so much!!!

They did a great job with my yard. Everything was cleaned up quickly, thoroughly, and without me having to point anything out. The communication was easy, they showed up when they said they would, and the backyard looked spotless when they were done. I really appreciate the help and will definitely use them again.

Tony was friendly and introduced himself. Everything was cleaned up and looks great. Thanks so much

Great, timely service and communication!

They did a great job! I love that they communicate as they are in route!

They do a great job coming out every week to pick up our dog bombs. Rain, Snow, or Shine, they make it! Super easy to set up. Best money I’ve spent as it gives me my time and saves my back!

Never disappoint. Always comes when scheduled and sends a reminder. Definitely recommend!

These guys do great work, clean up my yard well, and come in quiet and quick! Highly recommend!

Poopinator was very thorough and communicated very well. Our yard was clean and we didn’t have to worry about our kids bringing any surprises on the bottom of their feet into the house any longer.

The technician accidentally missed an area. Upon calling, the technician returned, apologized and did an amazing cleanup. Would highly recommend.

Awesome company! I wish I knew about them way sooner! Very professional and takes the stress off of me dealing with cleaning up my dog’s mess!

Super nice people! Came when they said they would and did a great job!

So easy to work with and they did a great job!!

Efficient and respectful of property. Yard looks great afterwards, no more poop.

Great service definitely recommend

Wonderful job done at an amazing price. Thank you!

Great service and very friendly employees/Techs

Good communication and timely

Payton did an amazing job on my yard. This was my first time using the Poopinator, and I am very please at the fast efficient service. Very great price, so I will be continuing to use this service.

I've used this company for a while now because at my age getting out and picking up after my 2 dogs sometimes was difficult. They have done the job very well and are very good at letting me know exactly when they are coming.

The young man came early as I had requested and he seemed to do a very thorough job. He spent a good amount of time checking the entire back yard. Great job. Thanks.

This company does a great job taking care of our yard. With number 2 they are number 1. They always communicate well, letting me know when they’ll be arriving and if there are delays. Plus they go above and beyond. If you need poo out of your yard The Poopinator is the wild card. Call them today, tell them I sent you. Not a paid endorsement.

They are super quick when they come out and do a wonderful job!

Great communication and very thorough

Always here when it's my day. Communication is great if they don't make it on time they always let you know when they'll be here.

Very professional and easy to do business with.

Job well done at a good value.

Great service!!

They came out to pick up months worth of poo from 3 dogs and it was wonderful. Will definitely use them again.

The young man spent less than 10 minutes cleaning my yard. I had to have someone else come to finish the job.

Did good job snow had been deep and cold hadn't been outside for a while yard was gross

Love them for my Poop Scooping AND my lawn care!!! Thanks for a job well done!!!

Easy to order and huge variety!

Okay, if you’re reading this, you might be like I was at first…you might be questioning whether this is a legit business and if it’s something you really want to pay for if it is. Maybe not! Maybe you’re ready to commit to having a company come pick up your dog’s poo! Either way, I’d recommend you go for it! I decided to try the service out at the end of winter, meaning they’d be cleaning up a LOT of accumulated poo. And they did! All of it! I have them come every other week, but you can choose weekly as well. They’ve been consistent and thorough! They are very responsive to my instructions about leaving the gate a particular way. They are always very communicative about when they are coming. And paying is incredibly easy with their online invoices.

very quick and efficient. Very responsive and detailed.

Found them on Instagram. Came out very next day. Very satisfied with service. Price is very reasonable. Telling everyone I know who has dogs about them.

These guys are great! I use a wheelchair and they have been a godsend in helping me manage with the cleanup for my service dog, Keymoe. Peyton is awesome and brings the greatest smile and professionalism each Wednesday. Highest recommendation from this satisfied customer! Maggie

Very prompt and they are easy to work with.

This company is awesome! They always send us a text when they’re on their way… always friendly! Anthony even drove an extra 25 mins to our new house. Great company!

They are timely and do a good job.

At first before they were familiar with where my dogs go, they were missing alot, and if grass isn't cut down they miss; however the more familiar they have been doing a great job!

Great co. They really go tje extra mile to make sure your yard is clean.

Always shows up once a week as planned and gives updates when on the way!

I’ve been using The poopinator for a couple months now, they come every other week and it’s made a huge difference with two dogs. They are friendly, have a great system and do a wonderful job.

We used this company for two months. Upon initial contact we were quoted a price for biweekly service for our three dogs. I requested an invoice at the beginning of each month to pay in advance for both visits; we were told this would not be a problem. The service was good; a reminder text the day before, always arrived on our scheduled day, and while we didn’t inspect the yard post clean-up, we did not encounter any missed messes. The second month we received a single visit invoice. I had to reach out and request an invoice for the month’s fees (two visits) as we had discussed previously. While awaiting the updated invoice, I received a notification that our bill was past due. Once it was received, it was paid promptly. In the middle of the second month, one of our pups passed away. I reached out to Tyler to let him know to adjust our bill and assure him that while the second visit was only two dogs instead of three, since we paid in advance I did not expect a refund or even a credit. If you’ve made it this far, let me reiterate: at the beginning of the third month, we expected to be billed for two visits with two dogs. Instead we were AGAIN billed for one visit and three dogs. At that point, I was done. This company does well with the labor part but the business / customer service part is poor at best. I would not have even bothered airing my displeasure but I have received no less than half a dozen requests over the last week for my review. There are less frustrating options available in the city.

We couldn’t be happier with The Poopinator!! I get a text the day before they come and again ten minutes before they arrive! We have two large dogs and this is the best money spent! Zero hassle! Friendly service! We appreciate you guys!

We have used Poopinator for 5 months now. They do a great job each week. We are all busy and the last thing I want to do is go pickup Dog Shit. So, if you're on the fence give them a call.

Responsive communication, great customer service, and great work!

Wonderful service! They provide confirmation texts and messages when they are on their way. I have 5 dogs and a huge back yard so the dog bombs are plenty! They manage to get every last one which is great so we don’t have to worry about stepping into anything. Highly recommend!!

These guys communicate very well! They do a great job cleaning the yard! Always close the gates so my pups don't get out! I couldn't ask for a better service for the money! Thanks guys!

Only need a walk-through once or twice if you have a large yard with different spots, but they are very efficient and quick with the job. Was a HUGE help in the winter 🥶

This is such a great service! My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and always on time.

Tyler is great! Gets the job done, invoicing is easy. Everything is very convenient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great service!

Since hiring the Poopinator, my yard has never looked better. They do an exceptional job while respecting our property. Their no contact service makes everything easy and stress free. Our pups love the clean yard!

Tyler does a great job, cleaning up the yard! Helps me with a task t far falls last on my list and is reasonably priced.

Very professional and they do a great job for us.

Great service, always on time!

They show up when they say they will and I have not had one problem with their service!

Very pleased with the service. Wish I'd known about them years ago! They are very concerned about customer satisfaction. Love my nice clean yard. Worth every penny!

Tyler and his team always go above and beyond! I have used them about 6 months and they have been amazing from day 1.

Our dogs are "productive," to say the least. When The Poopinator folksleave, you would never know we have dogs. The work and communication are exceptional!

I would recommend Poopinator to any dog owners with a yard! They do a great job every visit and it saves us a lot of time each week by eliminating that task of picking up the dog waste in our yard. Tyler is professional and always on time!

This is the best service we’ve ever signed up for! The Poopinator is a God Send. We hang out in our yard a lot and I felt like I was constantly picking up after our 2 dogs to be sure we didn’t step in it. I’m glad we signed up (at a very reasonable price!) to have someone else take care of it for us. They’re always prompt and professional. When they haven’t been by due to weather we’ve always been alerted. We’ll definitely be customers for life!

I appreciated that they communicated well, and tried to come around the same time each week. They did a good job. I think they have some employees that are afraid of dogs and should consider a different line of work, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

I love these guys! Very dependable and communicative. A++++++

Started using in the colder weather but just love the service! They always let me know when they are on their way. Would definitely recommend especially for multiple large breed dogs.

We love these guys! This is our first summer getting yard clean up services and it's been a huge help. They're quick and efficient! Price is great too. We'll keep using them each summer!

Absolute best service! Reliable, friendly & get the job done. Very cost effective too!!!

When there aren’t any issues you know that the business is on point.

We are new to the service… but so far so good. My dog has a dog door and a fenced in yard so he is free to roam… therefore I always need a heads up that they are coming to my house. The communication has been excellent and so has the service. I definitely recommend them.

They do a fantastic job, arrive when they say they will and always call with questions if they have them. I’ve told all of my friends about them and how great they are and how reasonably priced the service really is!

Excellent service and communication. Tony leaves our yard pristine every time he comes, and Tyler’s updates on service windows are always accurate and appreciated. Highly recommend if you’re looking to leave the poop scooping to someone else!

The come every time .do a great job they walk the entire yard and take the waste away too keep up the good work

I love these guys. They do a good professional job.

Very professional! Always on time and doesn’t miss a turd!

The Poopinator company has been dependable, trustworthy, and there is great communication. I am very happy with this service.

They do a great job! Even my dog gives 2 paws up!

Love the communication and does a great job with getting all the poop in yard

Great service! Very professional and they will send texts to let you know when they will arrive. Highly recommended!

They do an amazing job and cost is reasonable. I would recommend their service.

Poopinator is AWESOME!!! They are timely, efficient, polite and affordable!! I have had them work for me fit 3 months and I’ve been pleased the entire time with their service!! Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did!!👍🏻

Highly recommend! They are great.

I cannot say enough good things about The Poopinators! I was hesitant at first with signing up for this service but decided to give it a go. It has been nothing less than amazing! They are extremely reasonably priced, thorough and respectful. The communication is excellent knowing when they're coming and the 5 minute warning to get the poochies put up fantastic. Nut wait there’s more! As long as they can access the property I don’t have to be home and they take the doggie deposits to dispose of it. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you Poopinators Team!

We love them! Best service we have ever hired. They look everywhere and get everything. I also like that they take the waste with them!

Have been dealing with this company for about 6 months and I have had great communication and great service highly recommend !!

We’re able to host family cookouts and enjoy our backyard again! I can open our windows and let the fresh air in.

Great company and service!!!

This is worth every penny- they do a great job. Tyler is kind, courteous and leaves my yard perfect.

Love this service! And the price was great. Was a total no brainer to hire them. My kids are happy they don’t have to go out and clean up after the dogs or worry about stepping in anything in the yard. Highly recommend The Poopinator!

Great service, love the easy system they use. Definitely recommend!

Efficient, always on time, fast and reliable.

Dependable and professional! I was just gonna use this service after the snows but have decided to continue!

Doing a great job when they come every couple of weeks to take care of our massive piles in our backyard. Thanks!

The Poopinator to the rescue! We have two large dogs and very busy schedules getting out to clean the yard seems hard to get to these days. Tyler and team come out weekly to clean the yard waste. I don’t worry about walking outside too much anymore. I know the land mines are not so many now. Thank you Poopinator!

These guys always done a good job 👏 There communication skills were the best..

We love the Poopinator’s!!! We have been using them a few months now and are finally able to enjoy our backyard again!

We love this service! So nice to be able to walk in our yard and not worry about stepping in a mess. They do a great job and we have a large yard with multiple dogs.

They always send a reminder before they show up, the removal they do is so thorough, you would not know I have a dog. Highly recommend them.

One of the best things I’ve done. When I was going through cancer treatment we just couldn’t keep up. Now that I’m done, we kept the service. Always great, every week! Best 29$ I’ve spent ever!!! You won’t regret it.

Great service- very professional and punctual. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

The process is simple! They alert me before they show up and it saves us time on a chore that no one enjoys. We love the poopinator!

I believe we were one of their first customers and we are still a customer today! They do a very good job at patrolling the yard in fact in the winter they would leave tracks and it looked like an army battalion had marched through because they covered every inch of the yard. Good job!

This is the best $20 I’ve ever spent! They are great and always text before arrival so I can make sure the dogs are up. Highly recommended!!

Always on time! Professional! And ALWAYS does an excellent job! With a 155lb Rottweiler and two little ones that like to play in the backyard they never disappoint and save us so much hassle!

Great service! Prompt! Polite!!

Outstanding service I been using him since 2017. Very thorough I typically cut my grass after tge service. No surprises left behind

Good price plus good service
